Fabric Beads

Have you ever picked up a book and bought it because it had something in it you wanted to try?  I did that a couple of years ago with the book, Fabulous Fabric Beads by Kristal Wick, and I finally got around to pulling the book out and giving fabric beads a try.  I had some silk fabric pieces left from a sample book that were too small to use for much of anything else, so I thought they would be perfect to use for making fabric beads. Happy 2014!

I hope everyone is having a great 2014 so far.  It's really cold here, we woke up to -3 degrees, brrrrrr! 

2013 was a whirlwind year for me.  Selling a home and buying a new one in another state, there has been much to do.  Since I haven't gotten my creative mojo back yet, I thought I would share a couple of glimpses on my new studio space and some of my favorite things.  Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and have a wonderful day!
