I found a really neat blog that has great detailed step-by-step instructions for each of their monthly challenges. This really helps me a lot when I'm trying something new!! Anyway, at the beginning of the month they post the tutorial in a pdf format (great for downloading and saving). For the month of March the challenge was to create an altered jigsaw puzzle piece. This was my first attempt at it and I didn't quite know where it would take me but once I got the stamping done I was quite pleased with the results. ATC for SDA Swap and Theme Thursday Challenge

This is an ATC that I did for a monthly swap with a group of gals from Stampin'D'Amour and for the Theme Thursday challenge which was to use eggs, nests or birds. I recently joined the forum Paper Digital Art and ImagesbyKim. I have to tell you this is a great resource for free digital images and some fantastic tutorials as well as other art related resources. It is free to join and all you have to do is sign-up! Not only that, but if you upload some photos of your work following their "Photo Upload Game" you can get up to 7 beautiful digital collage sheets and each month the folks who completed the game are entered into a drawing for a HUGE ephemera pack! I just happened to be the lucky recipient for the January drawing and got all the goodies in this picture!!! So go check it out!
