My daughter lives in Chapel Hill, so NC is one of my fav places. Except for their darn tick problem and the humidity! We drove the Blue Ridge Parkway this Spring, and really enjoyed it. The stage of the season was different at every elevation. Have never been to Outer Banks, but it's on my bucket list!
Robin, the NC SEA and Mountains just look like home....I hope you enjoyed your trip to our fine state! Makes me want to head to the beach cottage! We are not that far from Wrightsville Beach. Diann
Robin, do you live near Brevard? We go up there often. Maybe I could see you sometime... Thanks a million for the sweet comments on my blog and was so happy to hear that you loved the fish hangie so much. Hugs! Autumn Clark
Wanted to see these pics again, eventho I've already commented. We have family ties in Hendersonville, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and Chapel Hill. It really IS a lovely state.
oh I love your photos and a trip to NC sounds wonderful! Spent some childhood vacations there - last drive through was Oct. 2007 on my way to Georgia to say good-bye to my son when he deployed to Iraq. thanks for sharing!
just popping in to say hello and to thank you for the sweet comments on my blog. Love the photos of NC..we have debated moving there...because the winters are becoming to hard here in MI !

Yes, I love NC! You have pictures of the Parkway and Looking Glass Falls--what I consider my backyard. Thanks for sharing with everybody.
