On the forum Paper Digital Art and Images by Kim there is a fairly new Pocket Packet Friday Challenge. If you haven't checked out this forum, you really should as there are a lot of resources and great tutorials there. This weekend the challenge was to use the color Crimson in your creation. I have been having a lot of fun with Gesso lately (in case you haven't noticed) and so used both a Distressed Gesso Background Technique and a Gesso Transfer Technique on this card. Clicking on either of these will take you to the related tutorial. I am also combining challenges as the challenge over at Created by Hand was to use red or pink in your creation and the Go Make Something Challenge was also to use pink. You are having better luck with your transfers than I am! Love how those crystals pick up the color in your transfer. Nicely done!
Good heavens Robin, what have ye done with yer header? YE were not the target of my wrath, as yer header loaded quickly -- Is yer HTML still reflecting the larger header? I think so, I think it's reserving a 600 x 900 px space? And won't let the other elements come up into that space -- can you put yer header back to its normal size and ask the template originator (Lena?) to help...ye got some fancy doodads on yer blog, don't want 'em messed up...

I can't believe the things that you create Robin. I love to make cards, and do a little scrappin' but my junk looks like, well, JUNK, in comparison to yours! You are my new role model in these endeavors. Also, you were able to make your blog a 3 column...I'm still working on mine.
